I was brought to the attention of the issue with time of death and how it affects organ transplants. There was a Fifth Estate episode about it, and I decided to post this link from the CBC.
On Friday night I had booked Laz and Growly's birthday present: A night to Escape from the Mysterious Room . It looked like it may be a real live version of The Crimson Room , which sounded like fun! In addition to the two birthday boys, I had asked them to list people they wanted to invite to the party (up to eleven people were allowed), so we were able to gather eight people together, six of us went to dinner at One of A Kind Pasta & Grill before heading up to the room. I then watched the new "Total Recall", which was okay. I thought it was better than the Schwarzenegger version though (I was not much of a fan of the original "Total Recall". I then watched "Ted", which had it's funny moments and in general was a decent movie. Next up was "The Descendents" which really brought back memories of Hawaii. It was a pretty good movie to boot! After I had landed and finished unpacking, I went downtown to meet up with
